‘Mankind’ is a gripping whack of fermenting gloomy electronica rushing with euphoric adrenaline. Flickering synths surge through this infectious number with a dazzling blindness while a gritty rhythmic foundation drives the track with an ominous sense of urgency. The ethereal guitars twinkle and tower above the dark smothered danceable foundation while the dynamic vocals exude effortless swagger. The sublime guitars lament and soar over the track with a tender sweetness and bitter sting all at once as the foreboding electronics swirl and wisp about them. It’s a gripping catchy track that pulses and seeps dark electro indie from its very core.

When asked about the track singer, Ash Bradley said :
“Fires, is a song about the break up of a relationship. About two people who have been together for a long time, growing a part. Both using actions to show there feelings, instead of speaking to each other. Thoughts get locked away. The only way for them both to move forward is for it all to end.”
